A Google Business Profile is completely free. You can create, own and manage one yourself at no cost, and you do not need an agency to do it. What the $197/month covers is the ongoing work of managing it: keeping services, categories, photos, posts and opening hours current, and monitoring and responding to reviews.
Who owns my Google Business Profile if you manage it?
You do, at all times. We ask only for manager access, never ownership, so the profile and everything on it stays yours. If you cancel, we remove our access promptly and nothing about the profile leaves with us.
Do I need to do anything myself to manage my Google Business Profile?
No. We handle the day-to-day management: services, photos, posts, hours and review monitoring. You're welcome to send through new photos or flag anything specific, but there's nothing you're required to log in and do yourself.
