These terms apply to the website and local SEO subscription service provided by Business Warriors Digital Marketing Agency under the Salon Website brand. By signing up for our service, you agree to the terms set out below.

The Service

We build and host a website for your salon, spa, or clinic, and provide ongoing local SEO and Google Business Profile management to help you get found by customers in your area. The service includes website hosting, edits, and local SEO work as part of your monthly subscription.

What Counts As An Edit

Your subscription includes 4 website edits per calendar month. An edit is a change to existing content or settings on your site, for example updating prices, swapping a photo, changing opening hours, adding or amending a service in an existing list, or publishing a promotional message. Several small changes submitted together as one request are treated as one edit. You can also choose to have 1 new page added each month, which is counted separately from your edits.

Unused edits do not roll over into the following month. Work that goes beyond an edit, such as a full redesign, a new booking system integration, or content we have to write from scratch, is quoted separately and only ever with your agreement first. We will always tell you before anything falls outside your included edits rather than invoicing you afterwards.

Billing

Our service is a flat $197 AUD per month subscription. There is no build fee and no setup fee. Billing occurs on a recurring monthly basis from the date your subscription starts.

Your Google Business Profile

A Google Business Profile is free. You can create, own and manage one yourself at no cost, and you do not need us or any agency to do it. What you are paying for under this subscription is our time and ongoing work managing it, not access to the profile itself.

You remain the owner of your Google Business Profile at all times. We ask only for manager access, never ownership. If your subscription ends we remove our access promptly and your profile, along with everything on it, stays with you.

Where your business provides a regulated health service, you remain responsible for your own advertising and regulatory compliance. We write profile and website content with those restrictions in mind, and we do not run review request campaigns for regulated practices, but nothing we provide is legal or regulatory advice.

Cancellation

There is no lock-in contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for any subsequent month.

What Happens When You Cancel

Your website content and domain remain yours. Once your subscription ends, hosting of your website on our platform will stop, and the site will no longer be publicly accessible through our service. We're happy to discuss reasonable options for handing over your content on request.

Acceptable Use

You are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, or information you provide us to publish on your website is accurate, lawful, and that you have the right to use it. We reserve the right to decline to publish content that we reasonably believe is unlawful or inappropriate.

Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as search rankings, traffic, or bookings. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue arising from our service is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the issue occurred.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
